Elite Pharmaceuticals has struggled and stammered back to .09, but there are legitimate fundamental breakthroughs still unrecognized. We see investors looking, though, and without getting too dogmatic or hype-driven - many feel the car just needs a few moments to warm up for the big drive to Mr. Bullish.
